I did put in the new oil pumpit runs fine no damage to the engine.
But it will only run/idle with the choke aleast 95% closed, the fuel mixing screw doesn't change the engine operation at all.
I think this means Bob is "SCREWED AGAIN"
I took off the carb tonight and will bring it back to the shop that rebuilt it.
Hopefully I'll get it back befor the weekend
I had made plans with the 7 children in my neiborhood to bring them to my fathers 12 ac. pumpkin patch in the dodge filled with hay to kinda get the Holloween spirt going, but it might not happen.
