I've been in the precision metalworking trade all of my life - so far. Started out pushing a file, then graduated to sheet metal mechanic, middle management (the pits), Quality Control, and finally in Engineering, before I was laid off nearly three years ago. I was always given the tough jobs to do, and had to become an instant engineer/inventor at an early time in my life. I never made any serious earnings, but the occupation kept me alive. I established Precision Coachworks 25 yrs ago, as a sideline business, and it's my full-time+ activity these days. I'm 62 yrs. old, married, with two grown kids and three grandchildren. My business is headquartered here in my home, in a 1200 sq. ft. shop/garage, sitting on a 3/4 acre lot. No, I couldn't afford to buy this place today! The home values in this town have skyrocketed in recent years, seeing that we're only 20 miles from Boston, and within minutes of 4 major highways! It's here that I'm sure I'll spend the rest of my life! Dave Maher
