I'm a Firefighter in Rhode Island. The pay isn't that great but I built my house out in the woods before it was a popular place to live. Now we get yuppies moving out here complaining of dirt roads and coyotes in there yard. Big advantage of being out in the woods is being able to hide trucks behind the house and "test" drive them on the rural roads.
