Thats no 66. Its a VC series military truck. No Fire Engine. That is a very rare truck and yes its 4WD.It was made around 39 to 41 Thats it It was Dodges atempt at a Military truck with civilian cab. It looks very nice . Again it ant no 1966. But very much a DODGE!!!!!!!!
