I'm seriously considering the Goodyear Unisteel G124 tire for a nice all-season tire for my IH B140. I'm running 6.5x20 wheels so I'm looking at 9.00R20 tube type, but they come in tubeless for 19.5 and 22.5 rim sizes.

As to the above tire, it is listed as a "drive position" tire. Would it be acceptable to use this tire on all fours of a 4x4, ie using it as a steer/drive on the fronts? Is this an issue at all for any given tire?
