Is take a 'pin punch' and drive the small tension (or roll ) pin out of the round part the lever is in, then remove the lever, gently press or tap the round end of the shaft out (or towards the inside of the hub) then clean it well with crocus cloth, clean the bore it goes into, then lightly lubricate with grease re-install the shaft, lever and then drive the tension pin back into the round shaft. Be sure the lever is in the 'free' position, and the recessed part of the shaft is positioned to the center of the hub diameter! Have fun!! John
