speedo gauge

I have a 1970 dodge d-100 and i'm having problems with my speedo.I have changed the cable and it still dosen't work.It makes a bell noise when the truck is moving. I think it is the speedo gear but i don't know. I need a new whle display or a new speedo gear.It would really help me out if i could get someone to eather sell me one or tell me were i can find one.
