John go to court they probley won't show and it will be thrown out. That happend to me once on a Bull sh** case and I decided I wanted to fight it and the Cop did not show! They thought I would just pay the fine. They will need evidence to prove it track pictures or you saying and testifing you did. They can't just say a tire track was yours unless they can match them up and have some kind of proof. Lot of NDTs out there on trucks. Might just be a lot of hassle and time for them to make a good case and they are hoping you will just pay the fine like most working people do who can't get off work to go or do not want their boss to know.
