OT- - Spartan Trailer RV conversion

While looking for an old Spartan Trailer (as if I didn't have enough projects) I came across the following picture of a Spartan that had been mounted onto an International step-van and converted into a Class A motorhome. Looks kinda neat, although I must imagine that cross/headwinds might be a bit of a problem.

If anybody knows of a Spartan for sale near them please let me know.
