Okanogan Fire Truck

Has anyone run across any ex-county fire trucks? A buddy of mine stumbled into one tucked away and wasn't sure if the owner was selling or letting the paint cure a little while longer in the sun. He took a few pics and by the looks of things around it the owner has an acute case of obsessive compulsive behavior. I'm sure no one here is familiar with that personality trait!
