1960 PG Replace Flat 6 with Poly 8??

Are the mounting holes in the frame the same for the Flathead 6 engine mounts and the Poly 8 engine mounts? (I assume the engine mounts are different , I would like to know about the mounting holes in the frame itself) Thanks
