I am using the recommendation of drilling out the holes to the next larger size. The original frame rivits were 3/8 and 1/2 inches in diameter. Except where I think the holes are too close together to drill out to a larger size, I will be using 1/2 inch and 5/8 inch grade eight bolts secured with locking nuts. Thanks for the info!
