This is what a 9.00x16 looks like with about 20 psi and the outer rim popped loose. I'll admit I forgot you are suppose to leave the nuts loose on the lock ring bolts. Normally that would qualify one for a Darwin Award, but I did recognize it was a dangerous operation. I laid it face down on the driveway and hid around the corner of the garage slowly increasing the pressure with the regulator. The exciting part was watching the 90 lb wheel jump 3 feet off my driveway. I considered it a success. The other wheel I did was so rusty, that the tube blew up without budging the rim.
