Norm, thanks for the words! And I'm continuing the study of shipping rates! I've met with people from a couple of trucking companies this past week, and will be having a session with a rep from Forward Air this coming Tuesday. I'm constantly trying to find the best deal for the customer, but a lot of the suggestions I hear turn out to be "myths", about shipping costs - nobody's working for nothing out there these days!
