For anyone to ride in the back of any type of truck without proper anchored seats with lap and shoulder belts. Even with lap belts on troop seats, riding sideways in a bad accident and your twisted like a pretzel. In a roll over, forget it. I think the police did right, may have saved the kids lifes.
