Dodge W500, C-4-PW & M-37 questions.

W500 questions: A.Are the dimensions of the 1970 model W300 & W500 the same? B. Looking for an OEM-type rubber floor cover & and a replacement OEM amber roof-mounted clearance lamp lens.
C-4-PW and M-37 question: Are the hydraulic brake wheel cylinders interchangeable between a '53 C-4-PW and a '53 M-37? Same question for the master cylinders?
