A truck built by/for Ford starting in 1943 for use between Ford's B-24 plants. I pulled a 60' trailer that could carry 34 complete tail sections. It used 2 Mercury V-8's and two syncronized trannys and the complete powerunit pulled out of the front for service. It was built for Ford by Thornton Axle Co. with mostly Ford parts.
Am I a guiness? no...I just read Fred Crismon's book, page 193 ;-)
