OK all you Mopar guru's - father-in-law's problem: '95 1500, 5.9, injected, auto, 4x4, air, etc. has the problem of the heater/defroster changing by itself when he has to hit the gas hard. Lack of power going up hills and will not downshift unless manually. Took it to the Dodge dealer and they can't find anything with their diagnostics but replaced the environmental controls. He then took it to an independent shop and they can't figure it out either. Seems to me he's losing a bunch of vaccuum somewhere.
