Engine splash guards

I have a truck that has the typical, vertical, splash guards that bolt onto the fenders but it also has splash guards that bolt onto the frame on the horizontal. They are a the same level as the top of the oil pan. Are these origial? The truck is a first series FFPW. Thanks
