Bead Breaker & Balancer @ Garage Sale??

I just found an older Coats 40/40 tire machine and a Snap-On computer balancer at a garage sale for $1200.00 with all the attachments, a bunch of weights and some tire patching supplies. The balancer is the type that requires you to spin the tire my hand instead of having a motor to do that. Is this a good deal?
