I am going to be pulling the drums on Bear and I was just out there looking for a good lifting point for the wheels.
I am tempted to just lift the front by placing the jack right under the pumpkin. The frame rails are so high, I would have to use lumber to place on top of the jack.
Next choice would be under the axle near the knuckle.
Any problem with this approach?
I just never lifted this amount of weight with a floor jack before. I am using a 3 ton floor jack.
Thanks
Lonnie
