Brake question

I jumped into Bear yesterday and stepped on the brake pedal. Wham, the brake pedal went all the way to the floor. I opened the brake master cylinder and found it dry. I did not see any leaks on the lines or MC.

I ASSUME I will be stuck now doing a full brake bleeding procedure. Right?

I deserve this for not checking it in a year, but it still is going to be a pain because all of the air is now high in the line, right?

Also, is there a "easy to install" modern master cylinder for this one?
