Fuel Tank Question

I just pulled the bed off of my 54 C1-PW and found several cracks in the top of the fuel tank. Is there a way to repair these cracks, or is it better to replace with a new or reman tank. Also, is there an option for a larger tank than the original? It looks awful small.
