I did mention that but he did not like that idea it sounded un-fair. Even a 500.00 non-refundable fee to hold it till he could come and see it in a couple of months. I do not want to sell it that bad. The fact that I might have to turn down another buyer in the meantime wanting it did not click. Mark H.
