dodge engine oil

i asked the forum below about oil weight for my 360 dodge in my m37. the engine is a rebuilt 1978 engine from a little red express truck. i put 10w 30 in and have run it a bit. the valves (tappets) lifters seem a little noisy. i have one in particular that clicks. would switching to 20-50 as suggested below quiet the clicking assembly?
