more on the M-37 that won't start

My thanks to Vaughn, Cartergunrunner and others for their help.

I did confirm that the coil gets 24 volts at the positive terminal with the ignition on.

I also showed that with the points open and ignition on, there is no power to the arm of the points.

Thus a likely culprit is the coil. I will replace it as soon as I can get one.

Anyone experience these failing before?
