I recently purchased three Power Wagons about 350 miles from my home. I could have hauled them home myself, I've hauled farther, but the fact that there was three and I can only haul one at a time prompted me to hire it done. I started by going to the Yesterday's Tractors Hauling Site, see link below. I sent out about 30-40 emails and recieved several responses from people able and not able to haul. I finally found a gentleman that could haul all three. The key is to find someone who would be deadheading back, or coming back empty. They do not have to have the same amount as a dedicated run to transport your items. I found a man that would do it within a couple of weeks for .50 cents per mile. This was extremely a reasonable rate. You can also check at the major truck stops, they have bulletin boards or monitors with open trucking time or loads needing filled. Good luck.
