Tools to Rebuild Rear Axle (Tapered Shaft)

Does anyone know where I can get the puller/press to rebuild the rear axle on my '60 D-100 (tapered axles)? Specifically I need tool number C-449A Axle Shaft Puller and C-158 Axle Shaft Bearing Installer. (actually C-158 looks like C449A with a doughnut on the end). Maybe these aren't that hard to find, I just don't know where to look. Are there any modern tools that are close enough to do the job?
