24V TURN SIGNAL ???

My powerwagon is a 24V former military dodge. I am having trouble with the front turn signals. I can't find bulbs. When I got the truck only one turnsignal had a bulb and it was a 12v bulb, so I don't know what is supposed to be used. For the time being I have been using 12v 1073 bulbs, but obviously they burn out quick.
So anyone know what bulb is the same size as a 1073 only in 24V???
Or have any ideas on how I can reduce the voltage to just the turnsignals???
I realize I could convert the whole truck to 12, but I'd rather keep it original at 24.
