I don't know about that outfit, but I have always been able to rebuild my own gages so long as the innards aren't rusted to dust. It's not any harder than rebuilding a carburetor. Basically just disassemble, be carefull to keep track of the tiny parts and screws, clean everything really well, touch up the dial/pointer with paint as needed, and put it all back together. A glass shop can cut circles of glass for them, or you can use a hole saw without the center drill and cut them out of acrylic or polycarbonate sheet with a drill press.
