1970 W-200 Powerwagon

I evidently need a brake booster for my W-200. I cannot locate one thru the parts house, therefore I have to revert to the junk yards. Does anyone out there know if that particular booster could be found on other vehicles such as Ford or Etc.??? Or was the same booster used for other years other than 1970??? Any advice would be appreciated. I live on a ranch far from a close be town, so I really need my ducks in line before going to town.
