V-8 Conversion Starter???

I am doing a 318 conversion into a flatfender. I am using the 61-68 hydraulic clutch bellhousing with a 172 tooth ring gear. Can anyone give me a specific year of car or truck for the smaller 3 bolt cast iron starter that I will be needing.
