I talked to a guy today who said his dad used to have a gizmo that would attach to the crank and grind it while it was still in the vehicle. Naturally the term was "used to". I can't even picture how such a grinder could work, but I'd sure like to find one. As far as coming to my shop, the "shop" this machine is in is a field 10 miles of steep, narrow, dirt road away from the nearest pavement.
