Need a section of Upper Cowl for my WC51

Am mid resto on my '44 WC and have discovered some fairly major damage to the upper cowl are on the right. I need a section from the upper air vent lateral to the mid right side. Need the bracket for the rearview side mirror also.
Anybody have a cowl section, rusty on the bottom but straight on top that they can chop for me?
Pic of damaged area available if needed.
