The area the manifold broke is the thinnest and weakest part of the casting. Likely once the casting is cleaned up of rust and corrosion it will be way too thin for a reliable fix. The money spent trying to fix it in this case would likely be better spent on a used or preferably NOS manifold. Also, the biggest killer of M37 exhaust manifolds snapping the rear off is a loose or unsupported exhaust system, putting undo stress on the casting. Make sure the exhaust pipe is fully supported before installing another manifold.
