Engine Running/Distributor Question

The engine is running! I replaced the fuel pump, coil, points, condenser, and plug wires, and it started right up! Sure does run smooth!
I have a question about my distributor. The cap I bought, SMP# AL-96, doesn't fit. As you can see from the pic, the new cap on the right is a little larger both in diameter and height. There is a data plate on the distributor that shows a part number of 1507456 which matches what my parts book lists for the C3PW. Anyone have a part number for a cap for this distributor?
