Another thought-if this vehicle is in the yard across the street from the Drive In theater, than it makes sense. The yard is run by a guy who does strange vehicles. He has built a V8 powered stagecoach and a conestoga wagon. AND...the same yard has a 1/2 track motorcycle made from a Honda motorcycle.
