Its not a :(|A| = Fits only indicated vehicles) so they should swap fine.

I have NOS bushings from ABLinn on my shelf next to a M37. I'll measure them Sat and post their size on this thread. If M37's bushings are wider/longer (doubt it) just cut they to fit the PW.
