Every nut & bolt ?

Are there any, or has anyone ever written, a publication for our 46-71 PWs that list every nut & bolt size used and what it bolts together ? I'm referring to mainly body nuts and bolts. Some had shoulders before the threads , others are straight threaded w/o a
shank before the threads?
