NV 4500 behind a Poly315/318 Charlie,Anybody you out there?

Would the NV4500 fit behind a Poly and if so what bellhousing and clutch would have to be used?
NP540 were these a syncro tranny?If not in early models were they syncro in later models? Any info on the Clarke tranny, same info needed. Thanks guys.
