couldnt you just hear bill (or hillary)selling that line of bs? rust is rust. rust free means no rust. a truck from arizona that had the paint burned off by the sun and has surface rust that can be sanded off by hand leaving no damage qualifies as surface rust. anthing deeper or more cancerous is rust rust rust. mannyc
