Wheel bearing preload

Does anyone on the forum know the proper preload and sequence for setting wheel bearings?
I've got some preload info from the Timken web site, but I think this applies to the big rig and trailer group. The torques seem really high to me. 200 ft.lbs to set the bearings...back off and re-set to 50 ft.lbs...back off 1/16th on the nut....etc.

My specific model is a WM300 but I suspect the correct answer will apply to all Power Wagon models.
