Power Wagon on Ebay

I was looking at this power wagon on Ebay. Any comments? I noticed that it doesn't have a winch on the front; is it possible to add one to this particular model without major modifications? Also, this is from 1948; would this truck be drastically different from one made a few years later?

As I mentioned in another thread a few weeks ago, I'm looking for a power wagon in good shape to use as a work truck.
