Need help with oil leak!

I decided to take off the dust cover over my flywheel tonight to see why oil was leaking out of it at an alarming rate during the PW rally last weekend.

I am not sure what I'm doing. If you look at the pictures on the link, the piece in the last picture (where my finger is pointing) is very loose, and I can easily move it in/out and up/down with my finger. I think this may be where the oil is leaking out when I'm driving?

What's my next move? Do I have to pull the engine?
