Thanks for your note, Jonas. Don't worry, those of us in the software business don't think of "geek" as necessarily being a bad thing :-) And mid-life crisis, well, we all have as many of them as possible, right?

I like working on the Power Wagon, and respect it as a mechanical device. My article was somewhat spontaneously written as I contemplated the differences and similarities to working on the Power Wagon compared to working on software.
