Wiring Harness for 46 PW. Cost Where?

My last posting went up w/o a message. Here it is. The Truck, the one w. the motor which has not startedin 2 yrs. needs wiring. Should I get a harness for a maker or have a mechanic who has done one do this one. If the harness route, who sells them and how much are they? This is a 1946. Thanks for the advice. I'm trying to get a good runner but keep the cost down. Thanks.
