Old Holmes Twin Boom Wrecker???

Found a twin boom wrecker on the way home from Hollister. Fellow said it came off the back of a WDX-WM300 style Power Wagon. Maby a 60's vintage wrecker model 480? any one know anything about these and a value as he wants $250 for it. It's complete and in great shape, and works. Thanks.
