I did the 440 converion in my 1967 W300 with exactly these parts, and it is a bolt in, with the exception of having had to drill a couple of new holes for mounting the radiator, since the fans are at different elevations between the heavy truck big block and the more conventional 440. The heavy truck big block had a front cover that mounted the water pump higher.
