muffler - 69 W200

My 1969 W 200, which has a 383, is in need of a new muffler. Several of the local parts places say the muffler is no longer made. Does anyone have a part number for the muffler or maybe a number for a similar replacement. The muffler is 5 and a half inches in diameter and 34 inches in length. The measurement does not include the inlet or outlet pipes.
