I honestly thought it would take a lot more digging before anyone could answer this. You are right. The posted description was as follows.
"A 1936 Ahrens-Fox Sedan Cab Pumper built for Pawtucket, Rhode Island and retired to reserve status in 1973 when this photo was taken at a fire apparatus parade for fire prevention. This truck was the only one like it ever built, not very well liked by drivers because of the extra long hood and front mounted pump"
